Thank you for visiting and shopping at PineDash pro. Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States.
- Standard Shipping (7-15 business days): Free
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Our 7-15 business day timeframe covers all our shipping methods. However, depending on the fulfillment location for your specific order, you may receive your items much sooner.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipment Processing & Carriers
To ensure the best product availability and service, we fulfill orders from both our international warehouse and our US-based fulfillment partners, including Amazon's fulfillment network.
Because we ship from multiple locations, your order may be shipped by a variety of carriers, such as USPS, YunExpress, Amazon Logistics, UPS, or FedEx. Please be aware that your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Shipment to United States Only
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Damages
PineDash pro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@pinedashpro.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
